• All prices are exclusive of bank charges, taxes, and/or any additional costs (if applicable).
• Your order confirmation and receipt will be sent to the email registered with Beau Hub. The confirmation will include the product details, quantity, purchaser's name, and total price.
• If you have purchased a limited edition or exclusive product, availability is on a first-come, first-served basis while stocks last.
• Products will be delivered to the address provided during the checkout process. Ensure that your address details are accurate to avoid delays or non-delivery.
• Orders cannot be changed, canceled, or refunded once payment has been made. Please review your order carefully before completing the checkout process.
• Beau Hub (“the Seller”) will not be responsible for any lost, stolen, damaged, or misplaced items during delivery. Please contact the courier service directly for assistance with delivery issues.
• All beauty products are for personal use only and not for resale. The Seller reserves the right to cancel orders suspected of being purchased for resale purposes.
• To ensure product integrity, items must not be tampered with or used. Returns or exchanges will only be accepted in the case of defective or incorrect items received, subject to review.
• The Seller reserves the right to request photographic evidence and proof of purchase for any claim regarding defective or incorrect items.
• All customers are responsible for their own allergies and skin sensitivities. The Seller is not responsible for any allergic reactions or skin issues caused by the use of the products.

• For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned or exchanged unless proven defective or damaged during delivery.

• The Seller is not responsible for delays caused by natural disasters, transportation strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances that may affect product delivery.
